whats wrong with the server? sudenly ask us to relog.. it says emergency

Bile boleh comfirm online? cause i have downloaded the emergency patch and installed it....
and when i log in the game it says "connection timed out : 0x5"
if the game can play pls say here in forum cause i daily check the forum
